Version 3 of Serendipity Blackmagic and version 4 of Megarip introduced a user configurable monitor application. The first time the software is run, the user need to either load or create a new layout. For new users the process can be a bit intimidating so here are 2 layouts I find useful. Depending on your platform, you might need to adjust the size of your monitor window to make everything fit correctly. This is due to different default fonts and button shape and size for each platform.
This one I call dual thumbnail and shows both an imaging and rendering thumbnail. This will only work with the upcoming 3.1 (Blackmagic) and 4.1 (Megarip) release. You can still load it into the current version, it is just that the 2 thumbnail windows will both show the imaging thumbnail as previous versions did not have a rendering thumbnail.

This one has a slightly different layout and I use it when fixing bugs. It has a single thumbnail but has a much wider queuemanager which allows me to monitor dpi, width, height, pagesetup, file size and status at a glance.
